The City of Denver’s Office of Economic Development has awarded the Elitch Theatre a grant for $425,000 to restore the interior. A generous gift to celebrate 120 years! Funds will be released when 25% of the award is matched in contributions.

The mission of the Historic Elitch Gardens Theatre Foundation is for the Historic Elitch Gardens Theatre to return to its heritage as a nationally renowned venue for the production, study, and celebration of performing arts while serving as a cultural center to the local community. The Historic Elitch Gardens Theatre will be a place where everyone, regardless of age, cultural experience or financial position, can rediscover the magic of arts and theater and become life-long patrons and supporters.
